I can't find an item on your page?

If you can't find an item from my Instagram in my shop, then it has been sold out. 

 

This (item) is sold out! Will you be restocking it?

No, once items are sold out they will not be remade again. In the off-chance that items are restocked, I will make an Instagram announcement to let everyone know when to expect the drops. 

 

What is this store's return and exchange policy?

 All sales are final - hence no refunds, returns, or exchanges of any kind.

I do not provide monetary refunds for anything lost in the mail; that is beyond my control, and it can happen no matter how securely I ship my items. Once the package gets dropped off at the Post Office and a tracking number is provided, there is nothing more that I can do. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES.

If you have provided me an incorrect address, resulting in a lost or returned package, to have the item resent, you must pay the new item cost & shipping cost since it was your responsibility to check this before checking out.

If you realized after checking out that you need to change the mailing address, please contact me within 24 hours of finding out at peachfetti@gmail.com and I will change the shipping address for you.

All situations vary, so please e-mail me at the above address and I will do my best to help you and find a solution as best as I can!


 

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Yes!

NOTE: Due to the newly implemented VAT taxes in the EU, I will be pausing shipment there until further notice! 

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 7 to 14 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service (this, in combination with the ongoing pandemic). International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Please note that due to the upcoming holidays, package arrival may be delayed. Please allow up to 30 days before contacting me after those expected delivery dates.

     

    Is everything handmade?

    Yes, everything in my shop is handmade.

    Due to the handmade nature of my products, only purchase if you understand and are comfortable with the risks associated with buying handmade goods. Keep in mind that all handmade items - though crafted with love and care - may have slight imperfections and flaws that make them unique! :) 

     

    Do you take customs?

    Yes, occasionally. Please follow @peachfetti for open slot announcements. 

    Please note that I cannot and will not remake another artist’s work, and all custom requests are subject to be rejected depending on what the commission is.

    What if something on my item breaks?

    This is a case-by-case basis as I generally do not fix broken pieces. Findings and pieces may normally get worn down with use, but with proper care and handling, they are created to last a very long time. Please note that if you are dropping my items frequently on hard surfaces, exposing them to harsh sunlight, submerging them in water, or letting small children handle them that they are subject to more tear and wear and have a higher likelihood of breaking! 

    Depending on the situation, I am willing to repair items where possible. However, two-way shipping must be provided and paid for by the customer wanting an item repaired.
