All sales are final - hence no refunds, returns, or exchanges of any kind.
I do not provide monetary refunds for anything lost in the mail; that is beyond my control, and it can happen no matter how securely I ship my items. Once the package gets dropped off at the Post office and a tracking number is provided, there is nothing more that I can do. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES.
If you have provided me an incorrect address, resulting in a lost or returned package, to have the item resent, you must pay the new item cost & shipping cost since it was your responsibility to check this before checking out.
If you realized after checking out that you need to change the mailing address, please contact me within 24 hours of finding out at peachfetti@gmail.com and I will change the shipping address for you.
